Scope of work

This project encompasses the complete detailed engineering design of a modern, high-performance office building, covering all major disciplines including Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC (MEPH), and Building Management Systems (BMS). The design phase ensures optimal functionality, structural integrity, safety, and energy efficiency, while integrating smart technologies for seamless building operations.

The scope further includes the construction of a reinforced concrete high-rise tower exceeding 17 floors, designed to meet contemporary standards for commercial and corporate use. The structure comprises:

A Basement Service Floor and Ground Floor to support core operational utilities.

Multi-level parking decks designed to accommodate 515 cars and 25 buses, ensuring adequate vehicular capacity for staff and visitors.

Fabrication of pipe spools and pipe racks.

Communal floors and office workspaces designed to support flexible work environments, collaboration zones, and modern corporate functions.

Additional facilities including a Crèche, Medical Centre, and Security/Access Control Infrastructure, all integrated into the building’s layout to enhance workplace safety, comfort, and convenience.

Comprehensive landscaping works that improve aesthetic value and environmental quality around the development.
