Provision of Shop Fabrication and Loadout of Platforms Structures and Piping

The project involves the provision of shop fabrication and loadout of platform structures and piping, covering a full suite of engineering, fabrication, testing, and pre-commissioning activities. The scope includes the fabrication of manifolds, pig launchers and receivers, pressure vessels, pipe spools, pipe racks, hand railings, equipment skids, and various structural components, all produced to strict engineering specifications. Work also includes the application of protective coatings, integration and pre-commissioning of fabricated systems, and the fabrication of concrete mattresses. Comprehensive QA/QC services, including both destructive and non-destructive testing, ensure compliance with industry standards. The project covers load-out and sea fastening operations, complete with all required engineering designs.

Additional services include preparation of shop drawings, development of as-built documentation, and full procurement support, encompassing material sourcing, testing, storage, and transportation to guarantee seamless execution and delivery.
